Clean and quiet room. Marble bathroom. Lots of attraction places around in 3 or 4 miles.

I stayed in this hotel many times.they need to improve themselves. The staff should be more professional and able to speak languages. The breakfast is poor.I Like the location of the hotel.it is suitable for families.

The Aksaray station where this hotel is was perfect for reaching the airport, the Otogar bus station and also Sultanahmet, the Galata tower and Eminönü ferry station. The stuff was very friendly. The rooms were clean and quiet.

The location is perfect, but you have to walk up a street for 12 minutes which was quite tiring.The stuff didnt speak english but nice. After a couple of days we were really tired of the breakfast which was fine but boring. The so called hammam at the hotel costs money and the stuff there was very scary and weird.

Receptionist was welcoming. Well-maintained hotel with considerable rooms. Good facilities. Safe in rooms for valuables. Close to shopping and food. Helpful staff. Trustworthy. Perfect location.

Hotel staff was good,English language is big problem.

No timetable for cleaning rooms,water comming from the bottom of bathroom,there was a big hole and water comming throught,in my frend-s room there were some small insects

I recently stayed at a hotel in Istanbul and had a wonderful experience. the value for money was excellent. The prices were reasonable, especially considering the attention to detail and overall quality of the hotel. Secondly, the location was ideal. Situated in a quiet area, it was within easy reach of popular tourist destinations. Finally, the service provided by the staff was outstanding. They were attentive and friendly, making sure all of my needs were met. The basic amenities, including the clean and well-maintained rooms with satisfying WiFi connection, added to the overall positive experience. Moreover, the breakfast served each morning was delicious and offered a variety of options to choose from.

Everything was fine, nothing to complain about.

For this price I expected to have something really far from perfect. Surprisingly, the room was really OK for these money

The hotel staff, except one guy at the lobby does not speak English. The breakfast was very limited in number of dishes.

The cleanless of the rooms. Some animals(insects) bites us all nights causing some alergies.

The rooms had a quiet atmosphere and nice, clean bathrooms. the breakfasts were delicious with a variety of options like cereals and hard-boiled eggs. - the staff were friendly and did not rush us. - the service was terrific, just as we had hoped.

The only point we found annoying is that they took away the breakfast away at 09.45 am every morning as it states 10.00 am. If it states times they should keep to them instead playing with babies. Some people could not get into the breatfast room as it was locked and the reception was dark in the evening. Only 3 star
